About this wine... This youthful, bright Burgundian Chardonnay is made exclusively for Marks & Spencer by the winemaker Georges Brichon of Vignerons des Terres Secretes in South Burgundy. This wine has been fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks instead of oak barrels used so ofren for Chardonnay, so it has a fresh, dry and relatively light appeal.
Style... A fresh and fruity white made from 100% Chardonnay, with a really appealing, lively scent of apples and lemons and a hint of ripe, rounded peach on the finish. This is an excellent example of a modern, unoaked white Burgundey.

About this wine... An excellent example of modern white Burgundy, this wine is unoaked and has an emphatically fruit-driven, fresh character. It was made from 100% Chardonnay from the warm Maconnais region in teh South of Burgundy. The winemaker was Georges Brichon of Vignerons des Terres Secretes.
Style... A delightfully refreshing, dry white Burgundy. Made from Chardonnay grapes, this wine is bright golden in color and has citrus and apple flavours, a hit of ripe peach, and a crisp, mineral streak.

About this wine... The Cardonnay of grape makes wines a great complexity and richness, but this example is also well ballenced, with a light, refreshing quality. We worked closely with Cedric Jeun in the South of France, who matured a small proportion of this wine in oak to create this style. This wine has been sealed with a screwcap, our aim is to choose the most suitable closure for each wine.
Style... A ripe yet elegant example of french Chardonnay showing rich peach and pineapple fruit and a hint of creamy oak. There is a fresh, crisp streak running through it.

About this wine...The Pinot Grigio fruit comes from vineyards in Northen Italy not far from Venice. Coolish nights preserve the acidity in the ripe grapes and enables winemaker Egidio Finazzer to create this crisp, versatile wine.
